You don’t need another idea.
You need alignment.
You don’t need more motivation.
You need structure that matches how you’re designed to build.
Every builder begins at the right starting point — and moves forward through formation, not guesswork.
This is how the pathway works.
Before you build anything, you must understand how you are wired to build.
Most people stall because they try to move in ways that don’t match their design.
That mismatch creates frustration, delay, and second-guessing.
Through the Kingdom Archetype Framework, you will identify:
Your natural building style
Why certain approaches exhaust you
Where misalignment has been slowing you down
How you’re meant to move forward
This is where confusion is replaced with clarity.
Discovery reveals your design. It does not replace formation.
Once you know your design, you don’t rush into action.
Alignment shapes your next steps.
Through the C.E.D.A.R. Method™, formation begins as you:
Identify limiting identity stories
Clarify what you’re actually called to build
Design work that matches your capacity and season
Stop trying to build like everyone else
This is where calling stops feeling abstract
and begins taking form.
Structure prepares you to build responsibly.
Now you move forward — not with pressure, but with design.
Through the MaXP™ System, you begin:
Creating aligned income pathways
Building responsibly, not recklessly
Moving step-by-step instead of reacting emotionally
Turning purpose into disciplined, sustainable progress
This is where stewardship becomes disciplined action.
This isn’t hype.
This isn’t “quit your job tomorrow.”
This isn’t chasing trends.
This is structured guidance that helps you build in a way that matches how you were designed to move.
Clarity before confidence
Alignment before action
Structure before scale
When design comes first, progress becomes sustainable.
Your Next Step
You don’t need to figure this out alone.
Start where clarity begins.

There were area's in my life that needed to be assessed and dealt with immediately. I experienced frustration and even discouragement along the way because my approach to these things seem to lack luster producing a repetitive cycle that yielded little success. I was presented an opportunity to work with Dr. B., to go on the Transformation Journey and as a result of this, I assumed responsibility and took action! Through this journey I established clarity, structure, and accountability so that I can develop more consistency and experience long lasting results in what I needed to accomplish. I would encourage anyone that needs a challenge and desires to spring forward with a new vision to get on it and don't procrastinate!

When I started this transformation I must admit, I was a bit apprehensive. Not only did I not want to be accountable for responding to something every single day, (sounds sad, I know), I also truly was not sure if I was ready to learn more about myself. It truly is an opportunity, to not only experience internal revelation, but to also experience things that you would never expect. It makes you think about the small things in a larger scale. This series brings you closer to your goals while bringing you out of your comfort zone. For me, this transformation reassured me of what I already knew deep down but gave me the push to realize it. It transformed my point of view, my walk with God, and even how I look at my future. It turned my fears, anxieties and doubts upside-down. If you’re hesitant, the process itself builds the confidence you need.
You Begin With Clarity.
The first step is understanding how you’re designed to build.
Start there.
For builders in transition who feel the pressure of stagnation—even though the path isn’t fully clear yet—and need alignment to their builder archetype to avoid building out of alignment again.
